EASYPLATE ONLINE STORE TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The owner of the online store www.easyplate.eu (hereinafter referred to as the "Online Store") is Easyplate OÜ (registration code 17165716), located at Vahtra 5a, Tallinn, Estonia.
**Validity of the Sales Agreement, Product and Price Information**
These terms and conditions apply when purchasing goods from the Online Store.
The prices of the products sold in the Online Store are displayed next to the products. A delivery fee will be added to the price of the goods. All prices in the Online Store are in euros.
The delivery fee depends on the buyer's location and the delivery method chosen. The delivery fee will be displayed to the buyer when placing the order.
Product information is presented directly next to the product in the Online Store.
**Placing an Order**
To order goods, the customer must add the desired items to the shopping cart. To complete the order, the required fields must be filled out, and the appropriate delivery method must be selected. The total cost, including delivery, will be displayed on the screen, and payment can be made securely using the following payment methods:
- Estonian bank payments
- Finnish bank payments
- Latvian bank payments
- Lithuanian bank payments
- Swedish bank payments
- Visa/Mastercard payments
- Apple Pay and Google Pay
**Note:** When paying by bank link, make sure to click "Back to merchant" on the bank's page.
Payments are processed by Maksekeskus AS. The payment process takes place in a secure environment outside of the Online Store – for bank link payments, in the respective bank's secure environment, and for credit card payments, in the secure environment of Maksekeskus AS. The seller does not have access to the customer's bank or credit card details. The contract is considered valid once the payment has been received in the Online Store's bank account.
The Online Store is the data controller of personal data and forwards the necessary personal data for payment processing to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.
If the ordered goods cannot be delivered due to the product being out of stock or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible, and any payments made (including delivery fees) will be refunded without delay, but no later than 14 days after the notice is sent.
**Delivery**
Goods are shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Finland, Latvia, Lithuania, Sweden.
The buyer has the following delivery options:
- DPD Parcel Lockers
- The delivery cost is borne by the buyer, and the relevant pricing information will be shown next to the delivery method.
Domestic shipments within Estonia usually arrive at the buyer's designated destination within 1-3 working days from the conclusion of the sales agreement. International deliveries take 2-5 calendar days.
In exceptional cases, the delivery may take up to 45 calendar days.
**Right of Withdrawal**
After receiving the order, the buyer has the right to withdraw from the sales agreement within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the buyer is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of withdrawal, the product must not be used in any other way than necessary to verify its nature, characteristics, and functionality, as is permitted for testing the product in a physical store.
If the product has been used for purposes other than verifying its nature, characteristics, and functionality or shows signs of use or wear, the Online Store has the right to reduce the refund amount based on the product's depreciation.
To return a product, the buyer must submit a withdrawal notice in free form and send it by email to info.easyplate@gmail.com no later than 14 days from receiving the product.
The cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer, unless the reason for the return is that the product does not match the order (e.g., wrong or defective product).
The buyer must return the product within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal notice or provide proof that the product was handed over to a carrier within that period.
The Online Store will refund the amount paid for the returned product (including delivery costs) within 14 days of receiving the returned product, but no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice.
The Online Store may refuse to make the refund until the product is returned or the buyer provides proof that the product has been returned, whichever happens first.
If the buyer has explicitly chosen a delivery method that is different from the Online Store's most affordable standard delivery option, the Online Store is not required to refund any costs exceeding the cost of the standard delivery method.
The Online Store has the right to cancel the sale and require the buyer to return the product if the product's price was significantly lower than the market price due to an error.
**Right to Make a Complaint**
The Online Store is responsible for any non-conformity or defects of the goods that existed at the time of delivery and become apparent within two years of delivery to the buyer. Within the first year of delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. The burden of proof to the contrary lies with the Online Store.
The buyer has the right to submit a complaint no later than 30 calendar days from the appearance of the defect by sending an email to info.easyplate@gmail.com.
The Online Store is not responsible for defects that occur after the product has been delivered to the buyer.
If the product purchased from the Online Store has defects for which the Online Store is responsible, the Online Store will repair or replace the defective product. If the product cannot be repaired or replaced, the Online Store will refund the buyer all costs related to the sales agreement.
The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing or in a format that allows for written reproduction within 15 days.
**Direct Marketing and Personal Data Processing**
The Online Store uses the buyer's personal data only for processing the order and delivering the goods to the buyer. The Online Store will forward the personal data to the delivery service provider to facilitate the delivery of the product.
The Online Store will send newsletters and offers to the buyer's email address only if the buyer has consented by entering their email address on the website and expressing their wish to receive direct marketing messages.
The buyer can unsubscribe from email offers and newsletters at any time by informing us via email or following the instructions in the email containing the offers.
**Dispute Resolution**
If the buyer has complaints regarding the Online Store, they should send them via email to info.easyplate@gmail.com.
If the buyer and the Online Store cannot resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can contact the Consumer Disputes Committee. The procedure and application form can be found here. The Consumer Disputes Committee is competent to resolve disputes arising from the sales agreement between the buyer and the Online Store. The review of the buyer's complaint by the committee is free of charge.
The buyer may also turn to the European Union's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
